Chairman of the board of directors and General Director of "Gostiny Dvor".
    Born on 6th February in 1949.
    Graduated from The Leningrad Soviet Commerce Institute named after F.Engels, specializing in sales.
    After finishing school he worked in the stockroom and as a sales person in 'Gostiny Dvor". From 1977 till 1980 worked as a representative of the main commercial administration of Leningrad Council in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Then he worked as the head of Department of the Border Trade.
    In 1982 he was appointed to the post of Commercial Vice-Director of the "Gostiny Dvor" department store and in 1986 became the Director.
    Married with a son.
