   Graduated from Leningrad State University in 1978, specializing in Economics and Mathematics.
   Earned Candidate's (1982) and Doctor's (1995) degrees in Economics.
   Worked as a lecturer at Leningrad State University's Economic Faculty in 1981 through 1993.
   Worked as an employee of BNP Drezdner Bank's Corporate Client Service Board since July 1993 until June 1999. On January 1, 1998 he became Chief of this Board.
   Deputy Chairman of Telecombank's Administrative Board (St. Petersburg) since June until September, 1999.
   Chief of JSC "Alpha Bank" St. Petersburg branch's Credit Department. Chief of the branch's Customer Service Department since February 2000.
   Andrei Belykh is married, his son Vladimir is 14 years old. Andrei Belykh's main hobbies are reading and travelling.
