Rozov Viktor Ivanovich

   Born in 1944, in Leningrad. Graduated from the Philosophic Faculty of the Leningrad State University, High Party School.
   Held the posts of a secretary of a Komsomol District Committee, a deputy editor of the youth newspaper Smena, the head of the Organization Department, City Executive Committee, the head of the Scientific Department, the Association of Cross-Border Cooperation Nauka-Servis, a deputy head of the Organization Department, the Leningrad KPSU Regional Committee. Was elected as deputy of a regional and the city People’s Deputies Committee. Nowadays - a corresponding member of the St. Petersburg Engineering Academy, a full member of the St. Petersburg Marine Assembly. Has state awards.
