Kuzmov, Vladimir Nikolaevich

     General Director of JSC "Svetoch".
    Was born in 1956 in St-Petersburg, Leningrad at that time. Successfully graduated from one of a few Russian economical universities - Engineering & Economical Institute - in 1979.
    Since then Vladimir Kuzmov is working in his native city and due to his professional and personal characteristics has grown from and engineer to general director of a huge enterprise. Mr. Kuzmov was elected a general director of "Svetoch" - Russian biggest producer of high-quality stationery - in 1992 and is at the head of the plant for the 9th year.
    His efforts in the field of the industry reconstruction and city's rebirth have won people's recognition: Vladimir Kuzmov was an active member of District Council for years.
