The history of "Pella" factory has been closely connected with reconstruction. It would not be exaggeration to say that the factory made itself. Starting from zero, the factory was gradually increasing its capacity and diversifying its output to become today's leading enterprise of the North-West of Russia.

"Pella" is private enterprise, quartering on 22 hectares of land and having at its disposal more than 15 million EKU of capital.
