Chief of the Baltic Customs-house.
    Born November 29, 1954 in Leningrad. Graduated in Jurisprudence from the Leningrad State University Faculty of Law in 1983. Having served in the Navy was taken on by the Leningrad Customs- house where he held all the command positions from the post of an inspector to the post of a chief of a department. Later he became Deputy Chief of the Pulkovo Customs- house. From 1991 to1992 worked in the Northwest Department of the State Customs Inspection (the Russian State Customs Committee) as Chief of the Department Providing the Policy of Enterprise Zones.
    Since1992 has been Chief of the Baltic Customs- house.
    Awarded the medal "300 Years to the Russian Fleet" and the Sign "Honourary Worker of Customs Service of Russian Federation".
    Married, with daughter.
