Kramarev Arkady Grigorievich

    Electorial district # 29.
   Chairman of the Permanent Commission on Lawfulness, member of a coordination group on budget and finances, member of the Permanent Commission on the affairs of veterans and blockade victims.
   Born January 13, 1938 in Leningrad. Graduated from Leningrad State University's Law Faculty.
   After graduation he began working in Interior Affairs organizations. He began as an authorized investigator and became Chief of an investigation unit. In 1991-94 he has been First Deputy Chief of the State Interior Affairs Board (SIAB), Chief of criminal militia, and Chief of SIAB. Since 1994 he is Chief of a faculty of the Russian Interior Ministry's Higher Police Academy.
   General Major of interior service. Accomplished Lawyer of Russia.
   Works in St. Petersburg's Legislative Assembly on a permanent basis.
   Married, has a son.
