Nazarov Valery Lvovich

   Vice Governor of St. Petersburg, chairman of the City Property Administration Committee.
   He was born on September 11th 1955 in the town of Michurinsk.
   Upon his graduation from high school he entered the Tallinn Nautical College, which he successfully completed in 1975. In 1981 -1994 has held various administrative posts in the Ministry of Communications of the Estonian Republic. During the same period of time has graduated from the Leningrad Electrotechnical Communications Institute.
   In 1994-1995 - deputy general director of the City residential agency.
   In 1995-1999 - director of the "City bureau of registration of property rights"
   On October 12, 1999 the Minister of the Federal Property Ministry signed a decree appointing V.L. Nazarov the Chairman of the City Property Administration Committee.
   Holds diplomas from the Russian Federation's Governmental Institute of Government Service of SZKC, President of the Russian Federation's Academy of State Service with majors in governmental and municipal administration and law.
   On July 3, Anatoly Aleksashin have been officially appointed Vice Governor of St. Petersburg.
   Married, has two children.
   His hobbies are numerous, but the most important one is sports, particularly volleyball.
